General description
The Apple Resort Hotel was developed as a three star resort compound erected in a site area of 72,895 square meters, has 117 rooms in existing development and will be 200 rooms in the future. As of our inspection date (18th of January 1993), the site improvements works were currently under construction.

The Apple Resort Hotel is located in the main stream of Jalan Raya Malang - Batu with beautiful surroundings view and only two (2) kilometers before the famous apple-town Batu.
It is about twenty (20) minutes drive from Malang or 1,5 hours from Juanda Airport, Surabaya.
Fronting Road
The fronting road is a main road which connecting Malang to Batu, asphalted and is about ten (10) meters wide.

Surrounding Properties
The surrounding properties comprise generally Kampung houses, villas and paddy fields. Batu is about 900 meters above the sea level is well-known resort area in East Java since this town is surrounded by very beautiful view of mountains and the place for many kinds of fruit, vegetable, flower and bonsai plantations. Some of the three stars resort hotels in Batu area are:

The site is irregular in shape with the frontage, which is approximately 50 meters and the total site area is 72.985 m2.

The site is undulating with the rear section is higher than the front section.
